Transferring service from one location within our system to another is easy.
Customers can either call the BPU office at (620) 245-2515, stop in the BPU office at 401 W. Kansas Ave., or complete the form below and submit it online.
Our Customer Service Department will contact you within three business days to verify any changes. Customers who have had two or more late payments to the BPU within the last twelve months will need to come into the BPU office to transfer their service.
